Standard Ground Shipping
In stock orders shipped from Biro Sales, Inc. deliver within 5 - 10 business days of the receipt of the order. Shipments to the 48 states incur Standard Shipping Costs. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories APO/FPO Addresses, Canada, or International will be charged based on actual shipping charges incurred by UPS or USPS.
When Biro Sales, Inc. ships an order via Standard Ground Shipping - orders will ship via UPS OR USPS.
- Please Note: If a shipping method other than standard is chosen, the shipping cost may increase if it is determined by Biro Sales, Inc. that the order must ship in more than one box. Should this be necessary, Biro Sales, Inc. will contact you for approval of any additional charges.
Returns
Biro parts purchased online that has been deemed unsatisfactory by the customer may be returned within 30 days of the purchase. The item must have been purchased directly through Biro Sales, Inc. to qualify for a return.
To begin the return process, please call our Customer Service Department at 800-510-8712. Biro Sales, Inc. will refund the purchase price or replace the item. Shipping is not refundable and is the responsibility of the customer.
